Hi Sorry to jump on back of your thread - but wondering if anyone could give me advice on areas in and around Manchester to live. Me and OH are hoping to move to Manchester (work in city centre) in the near future and know a few areas to avoid from OH living there a few years back but nothing recent. Any advice would be helpful.

Lots of places that wouldn't have been advisable to live in a few years ago are now completely regenerated and offer great opportunities for people just starting out. Come and have a look and see for yourself.

I live in Stretford, Manchester. Some parts are nice and others not there is certainly places I would say avoid but I wont say on here if you want to know pm me but you probably already know them
