Returned to abstinence and had a superb day

I have just come off route to management and gone back on to abstinence.... and had a really easy day.
I had real problems with the route to management as I am not used to being in control of food - never have been.
Anyway, had no one to tell so I told you here. Yes you heard it first.

I know I couldn't lose the weight anyother way

I have tried everything else going over 30 years and lighter life has worked for me
