hi can you tell me do you still have to get the doctor to sign a form for to start CD, i had to get it signed the last time dont now if they will sign it againi was on it 2 1/2 yers ago,and lost a lot need to lose another 3 st, thanks

If your on no meds or your bmi isnt over 40 then i dont think you have to get it signed
