Hello!
Well, when I first started I didn't think I was going to do AAM week as I just wanted to lose the weight as quick as possible and was scared it would slow me down. But the more I read on here, the AAM isn't just about health reasons but also portion control which is something I defo need to work on as I don't wanna come off SS and start eating like a horse again. On the other hand I worry that AAM week might make me fall off the wagon a little but I don't think so too much as I have so much motivation and support for this diet.
So basically, yes, i think i am going to do it now. To control my food habits more than anything else!
