Cambridge Diet Day 10 cheating & nibbling again!

Only a few more pounds...
Help!!! It is my 10th day. I had been good up til now and spoilt it by eating half a belgian bun with cream! I think I have consumed around 650-700kcals today so I cannot and will not eat anymore tnoight! I am 5'0 and had a starting weight of 12st 13.5lbs, lost 10.5lbs in my first week, and now expecting to lose a fraction of that when it comes to my next weigh in. I drink loads of water, and have hot tea when I feel hungry but I need to just stop cheating!!! ANy words of advice or any help please!!?!?! Want to drop down to at least 10st by June 19th...am off to Miami and want to wear a nice new bikini...if poss! I still have a long way to go! HELPPPP!!!!
 
Just "keep your eyes on the prize!" (irritating, i know but my hubby always says that to me when i have a wobbly)

stick a bikini on the fron of your wardrobe.

or try on a bikini and realise you'll look much better having lost the weight.

You can do it!
 
Hey! thanks for that....i already tried the bikini one...when i started CD i took pics of myself wearing the bikini and i looked at them and they looked bloody awful!! thats prob why theyre still on the laptop and not printed out stuck everywhere for motivation...yuck! who the hell wants to look at dimples and loads of love handles splattered everywhere? ahhh well, today has been terrible. tomorrow is a new day....i need to this!!! i can!!! i can!!!!! thanks for the kind words..if anybody has any before and after pics i would love to see them. it does help!!!! x
