A month

Professor

Guess whos back...
Cant believe i have now been without food and anything but water for a whole month now today!

It has been amazingly fast and it really doesnt seem like a month ago i ate that final farewell kebab  I really thought i would struggle and did doubt i could do it, espiecally giving up my beloved diet coke and caffiene.

But here i am a month into LL and many many pounds lighter (no weigh-in this week working 24/7)

So basically i post this to reassure anyone thinking of a VLCD or just starting out that hell if i can do it anyone can... :)

I think this is a very inspirational posts for others Lee!

Especially the guys out there. Hubbie and me gave up all caffeine when we started out too and are glad we did. Bit of a shock to the system but a good one.

We felt great for it and also I think it made it easier to adjust to not eating as we so associated drinking caffeine with eating sweet carbs.

Congrats on being a model VLCDer for a whole month and good luck with the next month too.

Just reinforces my feelings - the time passes regardless, it's what you decide to DO in that time that makes your life different/better :D

I'm with you Lee! I'm coming to the end of my fourth week and am amazed at how easy its been. Every diet that I have every tried before, I have given up after a few days, tempted by what's on offer at the local bakers/takeaway. This diet has been so easy to stick to and I'm 19 lbs down! Its fantastic! Keep up the good work, I know I will.

good going lee,
did you sort out your problem with LL and not been able to attend group?
