Weigh in number 11 (I think)

Today's my weigh-in day and I've lost 4lb, bringing my total to 3st 1lb!

This means I only have a stone to go until I reach my target.

But I don't feel any smaller and I've only lost 2 dress sizes...

Do you think I should set my target weight lower? I'd appreciate any opinions on this!

Well done over 3 STONES!!! Fantastic. I'm wondering when the dress size will drop again too. I'm in a 14 now and even though the weight is steadily dropping, I've not dropped a size for ages. Just plug away at it....it will happen!!!

It's a pain waiting to drop sizes isn't it, I don't know about you guys but I still feel 'large'.
I look in the mirror and I still look the same to me! Also I went out on Saturday night and nobody commented on my weight loss... I must look different though because I got chatted up for the first time in years!

(And he was gorgeous

Well done Skink witch, thats amazing... maybe the last stone will make all the difference to the actual sizes, just see how you go chuck, and dont go getting down about it. I bet you feel one hell of alot healthier!!!! xxxxxxxxx

Lucky bugger....hope you got his number!!!
Go as low as you feel comfortable ...maybe put a full bdy before and after pic on here ...sometimes comparing them shows you the difference...well done on your losses you have done REALLY REALLY well xxx

I would have quite happily taken his number but I don't think my hubby would've been too pleased! LOL :break_diet:
