HELP!!!!

HI

I am new to this site and desperate for some help/advice. Am on week 3 of the LL programme and am really struggling, I just miss food so much its unreal. Has anyone just had one meal off the programme then carried on? Its driving me crazy :(
 
DON'T DO IT!!!!!!!! You will miss food, there is no denying that, it has been a part of your life for years, and now is gone. But it's departure is temporary, you will return to the world of food, only when you do you will look at it with new, educated eyes!

If you eat now, you firstly run the risk of being knocked out of kitosis. Secondly you will have to live with the guilt of "cheating" on the plan, and thirdly, it is a slow road to ruin, will it just be the once? or will it lead to a "once more won't hurt!"

Trust me, have been there, done that, it isn't worth it - when I cheated I had a bowl of sea food, so all protein, but had a poor weight loss AND had to deal with the guilt I put onto myself and also from my OH. I have not cheated since, been tempted, but not done it.

Before you know it, you'll be on RtM and back to the land of the normals.

I will not deny the fact that you will crave foods throughout the diet, but your cravings will change. Think of your cravings in a positive way - they are simply foods to look forward too in only a few short months time.
 
Well done you! You've done it, now just remember how you feel for not giving in, and next time you get the urge, remember how you are feeling now.

Good on you Yogi, so happy to read your post and see that you didn't give in. We're all going to be tempted but to be honest if I give in to it once then I know that the next time I'll also give in .... whereas if you stick to the diet then you'll soon have food back in your life.
