What is this all about?

Hi this is prob a very silly question but waht is this diet all about and is it along the lines of CD or LL I've been reading the posts and i am realy impressed with your weight losses but I am sorry to say i have never heard of this diet so i have no glue could somebody explain and how much does it cost.

It is very similar to the CD diet, it is meal replacements by shakes, soup or flapjack.
It varies in price, i pay at the moment 30 pounds per week, (it is due to go up soon) to about 36.
Its organised by the chemsit who weigh you and issue you your food packs.
The site will tell you your nearest chemist to you.
