I'm back!!

Well, after disgraceful behaviour (in the food dept) since Easter... I have finally got my head together and started again today. I am pleased that I am still down just over a stone since starting in Feb.

Hun well done on the restart. It does take a while for us to say to ourselves enough is enough!
