Healthy Opt (B) question

I did go to Ruthy's H.E forum to add this thread so apologies if it starts a new one as I don't wanna clog up the page but quickly just wanted to know the answer to a question, especially as I am experimenting with Scan Bran/W'bix recipes :-
Having just made the Choc Pud with 5 x Scan Breads etc using 1 x HE(b), I want to now if 1 x W'Bix along with 4 x Scan Breads also counts as 1 x HE(b) ???

Secondly i cant see it being a problem if you try that.

Everyone has different questions hun, so dont be afraid to ask ! we were just talking saying that alot of newbies ask the same questions....i did -we just thought it be easier if it was in a one stop shop.
