i too felt pretty awful right up to about day 4. Weak and shaky. It will pass as on day 5 it was like i was a different person. I presume it;s just our bodies adjusting. Weather the storm and you should notice a difference over the next day or 2.
Keep up your good work - I've lost over a stone in just over 2 weeks, and that gives great motivation!!

I felt the same - on day 4 now and feeling much better! i made the mistake of having a full-on binge weekend before i started on monday so probably made it worse for myself as was getting mega sugar/ carb/ caffeine withdrawals!
keep it up and the whole feeling rubbish thing will pass - i know its hard to hear when you dont feel good now but keep going - lots of water helped me!
completey normal, i remember feeling awful up until about day 5, it will pass and then you will feel so much better, its worth it, good luck with the diet x
