Week 2 still tired

Just starting week2 and feeling very tired and sometimes hungry. Anyone else had this and does the tiredness improve? Was in ketosis by day 3 so hoping my energy level will still get better.
 
dont worry its normal and you will be fine
 
Yeah def normal hun, i had days when i couldnt be bothered to move and then most days i felt fab! Stivk at hun xxx
 
Great - thanks for that. Will just have to look after myself on those days then. Taking Lillie's advice and heading up for bath then bed.
