Okay, for the past 4 weeks i have been pretty lacking on the diet front... I've just not been trying if i'm honest- but i've been getting away with it in the past 4 weeks all i've put on is 1lb. I dont want too fall back into old ways- I worked so hard too get too target I dont wanna undo all the work...

So i need too get back on track- planning and writing everything down again- I would love too loose about 1.5lbs this week and get back into a Slimming World frame of mind...

But damn it the girls at work have left a big tub of mini muffins on the desk:doh: But i'm not gonna touch em'..........

So far today i have had:
3 Quorn Sausages
1 wholemeal toast (400g loaf)
Beans
Mushrooms
Frylight

Hifi Bar

Syn Free chips
Frylight
Beans
Quorn Ham

And dinner tonight is Syn free macaroni cheese:party0011::party0011::party0011:

Yeah i just eat the whole thing!








12oz Macaroni
6 LARGE spring onions
Mushrooms
Garlic
10oz cherry tomatoes
Frylight
3oz Cheese (use an oz of cheese per person)
2 Eggs
1 Tsp Dijon Mustard (i add 2/3 cause i love it)
500g Natural yogurt (low fat)

Preheat oven too 200

Cook the macaroni- drain and set aside

Chop the spring onions- half the cherry tomatoes - slice the mushrooms

Heat a frying pan sprayed with frylight-

Add the spring onions- tomatoes- mushrooms with the garlic

Cook for 2/3 mins Then add 100ml of cold water

Cook until absorbed

Add the macaroni & the stuff in the frying pan into a dish (stirred in)

Grate the cheese and lightly beat the eggs- mix together the cheese- eggs- yogurt- and mustard

Pour into the dish

Bake for about 10-20 mins or until the set and cheese topping is lightly golden (keep an eye on it-)

Well i lost a lb this week!
Totally focused for the week ahead! Had my treat evening yesterday after weigh in as usual! :D
I'm totally addicted too this wii fit- so i hope that it helps for this weeks weigh in- just done an hour- hula hooping my arse off i tell ya!!!
 
Hula hoop? Sounds like it's great exercise (well done on the loss too!!). I may have to break down and buy Wii Fit as well!!
