More weight loss in AAM week?

Did anyone else find that their weight loss started to move a lot more/not stall so much, during AAM week. I just started it on Monday, and my weight's not sticking as much as usual. I thought it could be something as simple as shocking my body with food again, or maybe the food is bulking up my intestine and getting rid of more waste when I go, if you know what I mean. Or maybe it's just a coincidence.

Anyone else had similar experience?

Personally I didn't lose nore on AAMW but I think the food can speed up your metabolism which may be the reason for you losing more this week.
 
Also food can help ease off water retention so this can show up as a significant loss.
 
i hope you do really well this week! i stuck to chicken and salad for the whole week as i didnt like any of the other stuff!! good luck :D
