Day Three

hello everyone

WOW im back on the CD, i am currently 18.1 stone, and by my brithday in dec i want to be 11 stone.

im on day three and im still going strong which is good, i cant believe that when i actually focus i can drink 4 litres of water in a day, before i could just manage one cup lol

So i guess i will keep everyone updated xx

Good for you ... and the hardest 3days are behind you. Yes keep drinking the water and look forward to hearing how you get on.
