Would you have felt better if you gained the two pounds? Or stayed the same?
Its funny, really if we think about it - if we GAIN two pounds, we thing "2" is a huge number. But if we LOSE 2 pounds we see it as a small amount.
Be happy it is a loss. Youh ave lost 30 pounds ins 8 weeks. That is 3.75 average a week - nearly 4 pounds a week!! What other diet would you get that kind of consistancy?? Remember - 2 pounds add up very quickly.
Yes.....but you're averaging 3.75lbs a week. Tell me another diet that helps you lose that much!! Look at it as an average loss and you'll feel better - that's what I did when I had 0.8lb losses.
