maintenance

Hi guys

My friend wants to start maintenance as she only has about a stone to loose. Does anyone know if she has to order them direct from LT or does she get them from the pharmacist? And does she get weighed anywhere?

Hi hun she can order them direct off the LT website, think you have to print an order form! She can get an order form from the pharmicist or they can order them for her xxx

Not sure about that 1 to be honest hun, i wouldnt have thought so unless she asks the pharmacy to order them for her? If she gets them herself then no money will go through the chemist and they may not let her weigh and have support for free! If she weighs herself at home though she will just have to make sure she sets an official weigh day and time and stick to it..just like at the pharmacy xxx
