As the others have said yup, yup, yup. Soy sauce is my savior on the SW diet, I have it with everything! Scrambled egg, salmon fillets, tuna steak, steamed chicken, chicken, bacon wraps etc etc xxx

I've been living off vegetarian chow mein lately, loads of noodles and veg and soy sauce. It's so quick and filling!
