This diet is pretty much the same as CD except CD has a lot more variety in its shakes and bars. I would suggest doing a low carb diet so that you dont go into carb withdrawel when doing CD.
sounds like good advice, I just plunged straight in from having a slap up meal out the nightbefore (no holds barred) and you do have a rough few days! Particularly days 2 - 5! Good luck whatever you choose xxx
