Well im back on CD ....again.....lol....hoping to actually do it this time..Have a BIG wedding coming up in September,and wanna look nice for it!!!Strugglin a bit last week on it, ok struggling ALOT with it!!but got thru yesturday with little problems and now day 2 ....sooo...hello again everyone

Anyone else just started??

Hi Mags
Restarted last week. Not finding it particularly easy and cheated last night (sigh), but i don't mind losing just 2lbs a week, so long as it comes off. Good luck with the restart.

Hi Mags, i've just restarted this week. Today was day 2 for me and things are going well apart from the psychological hunger.

hey mags doll.. ive really missed you..

i had a weekend off.. and started again on monday.. so its day 4/5 for me now.. so if you want a diet buddy.. i would love it if you would be mine..

so chuffed about the wedding.. i nearly screamed on the train i was on when my mam rang and told me.. lol.. people did look at me funny.. hehe..

I did 19 days solid then started to pick but still haven't done too bad.
