in kings lynn, who would like to come to st james swimming pool once every weekend, to do body fitness with me?
I really want to start going once a week to the body fitness thing, i will go on my own, but i thought that if i had a mate to go with we would be able to chat and that while on the machines, we would also be able to motivate each other to stay on track.
