Dominos pizza....

Heaven help me......

AM utterly fed up with cooking all the family meals now, ans still doing their weekly food shop. (Kids 14 & 9 so too young to much themselves, DH is well....... a man!!)

Am sooooo starving, (see earlier posts) & didnt want to cook tonight, so I've treated the kids to a Dominos each. :brainfart:Now.... what will be harder, watching them scarf down their pepparoni passions whilst trying very hard to ignore the smells, but still watch my fave on tv (Dr Who!!!), or cooking something myself and dealing with all that stuff?

Oh and DH doesnt "do" pizza etc, so asked him what he wants for tea " Fancy a jacket spud & tuna?" I chirrup. "No" came the grunt. "I'll sort it myself". This all in a monosyllabic, hard done by tone, as he is decorating the study at the mo!! NOW, I feel guilt for not feeding him, miserable because I am about to be tortured at the hands of some cheesy, meaty, tomato-ey, gorgeous yummy creation and starving, with only a cup of soup to get me through sob sob....:needhug:


Maybe I'll make some crisps out of it.......


Oh poo, I cant. Had a muffin for breakfast, just remembered. Bugg*r.

and now its arrived........

The smell is to die for! Can a smell gain weight? (Food molecules going up your nose???) LOL!!

lol lol i hope not ur im in trouble my friend came around last night and had a takeaway i didnt and she here now having fish and chips its so unfair it smells lush mmmmmmmmm xx

ooo take outs always smell so delicious, good luck with resisting, im sure you can do it. However,
im sorry, but why cant your 14 year old do much? That is easily old enough to be able to cook proper meals. I was cooking for the whole family before that age.

I guess he should do more but if you could see how badly he even washes up , perhaps food is a step too far just yet!! TBH, he can manage to feed himself pretty well. His fave creation is pasta carbonara! I am too soft on the kids, I guess!

BTW, pizza crisis over now, feeling a bit hard done by, but virtuous!

glad u r over it now!!!! i didnt start cooking for myself til i was at least 18!!
