Any been on CD for a looong time?

Hi everyone,
I'm an LT girl, been on it 3 and a half months and LOVE it and the results.
I'm worried though because last night I experianced unbelivably bad pains in my tum for the forth time since starting.
They're gone now but I need reassurance that staying on a VLCD for months(as I've still a ong way to go) is safe??

sorry Daisy, cant answer your question, (I should think its just your stomach contracting though, nothing to worry about)

Hi daisy, I did 5 months (20 weeks) strict SSing and I was fine. You are doing really well but if you are worried I'd go see your GP.

Any been on CD for a looong time?
