B: Food Dr Bagel 9.5 syns, peanut butter 4 syns, skinny sf vanilla latte HE A
MM: Banana
L: Risotto, roasted bns
D: Steak on the grill HE B x2, steamed spring greens, new potatoes

S: carrots, apple, mullerlight if needed
E: 30 mins on elliptical machine
W: 2 litres

L: Salad, slice of bread, muller yog
D: Spaghetti with HM SF tomatoe and garlic sauce, sprinkled with cheese from HE

Snax: Fruit
E: 2 mile walk
W: As much as I can drink
 
Afternoon.......

L: French fries (4.5syns) and melon / grapes (free) - I was driving!!
D: Vegetable chilli and rice (free)

S: Cold potato wedges left over from last night (free), Kelloggs crispy square bar (need to look up syns).
