Been on the Cambridge for a couple of weeks and have been told that it is okay for me to go back to the gym now. I went yesterday and Cross trained for 45 minutes and covered about 11k. Planning to do this about 4 times a week. Can anyone tell me what likely effect this will have on the diet/weight loss? Is it going to help or will it likely hinder it?
