Well perhaps you thought I wouldn't (after yesterdays post about negativity in the office) but I am sat at my desk drinking my first shake. Nice vanilla, hot with a teaspoon of coffee and a sweetner. Had a couple of 'tutt tutts' and the odd look of disapproval but, do I care? NO. Hope everybody is having a good day so far. Julia XX

Aw thanks everyone for your kind comments on the photo. I am one of those people who hate having their picture done. That photo was taken by my son on his 21st with the new digital camera I had bought him. Notice though ... only head and shoulders. I am hoping when I have stuck to the LT a bit more I will stick a better one on xxjuliaxx
