Well, where do I begin....
I have been big all my life.... when I met my husband in 2001 I was a size 16 / 18 and had a very active life (I was an 18 - 30's holiday rep and also regularly took part in scuba diving and swimming).
Since settling down and having my daughter, I have ended up at my heaviest 19st 12lbs.... I managed to get some off, but unfortunately, don't seem to last long on any diet.... with SW and WW I have never got under 19st.....
In Feb 08 I discovered the Cambridge Diet and in 8 weeks, got my weight down to 17st. I joined WW yesterday and having just eaten a huge prawn salad and jacket potato, was pleased to discover my weight was 17st 1lb (I will not eat before next weeks weigh in! LOL!).

So todays been fine... food has been on mind a bit to much though.... I have eaten the following:

Breakfast:
2 Weetabix = 2
1/2 pt Skimmed Milk = 1
1 Baby Banana = 1

Lunch:
1 Crumpet = 1.5
Marmite = 0
150g Strawberries = 0.5
1 WW Toffee Bar = 1.5

Dinner:
Quorn Swedish Balls (1/2 bag) = 2
Pasta = 4
Tinned Tomatoes = 0
1 WW Toffee Bar = 1.5

Extras:
6 Crabsticks = 2
1/2pt Skimmed Milk for Tea = 1
1 tiny bite of a Kinder Hippo! = 2 (to be safe!) :rolleyes:

So 20pts.... I'm allowed 24 but will bank 4 for the weekend! :D

My tummy is full and I have eaten a good variety of foods, so WW is definately gonna help me develop better eating habits!

OK so today has officially been crap - my company has a pathetic sick policy and because I was off last week and had 4 occasions in last 12 months (although one drops off in 10 days!) I have to attend a sickness hearing.....
Have got the union representing me as one occasion was the result of my male TM seriously upsetting me....
Given the above, amazed I did not raid the buffet brought in by a colleague celebrating her 50th today..... so here's the damage!

Breakfast: = 2
1 Slice of Toast = 1.5 (have to change to Kingsmill Crustless!)
Olivio = 0.5
Marmite = 0

Lunch: = 5.5
2 slices Bread = 3
WW Tuna = 1
1 Small Banana = 1
4 small Strawberries and 2 peanuts = 0.5

Dinner: = 7.5
Tuna Nepolitana (Schwartz Mix) Serves 4 @ 6pts per portion = 6
Salad = 0
WW Bar = 1.5

Extras: = 6.5
Small cracker with scraping of Pate = 1.5
2 Pickled Onions = 0.5
Tiny piece of Birthday Cake (Sponge & Jam) = 4
1/2 pt Skimmed Milk = 0.5


Total = 21.5 points - a further 2.5 points banked!
