Todays mini-goal thread

My mini goal for today is to drink 4litres of water and to do 30 sit ups. Ooooh, and to finish my 4 seminars and possibly 1 presentation.

Anyone got anything they want to acomplish today?
 
Drink lots of water because the last few days I have been really slack with it!

stop eating crap. Crap on a crappy day. Marvellous.
 
Go to my boxercise class,feeling like i`d pass out if i went!!!
