Stumbling Block

Hmmmm think i've just hit my first hurdle doing CD.
I was cooking tea tonight for the family and needed to make a cheese sauce. Now i'm no Delia Smith more like a little bit of this and little bit of that. Therefore, i'm used to always tasting it as I go along to check seasoning etc.
Of course this time I couldn't, so I kinda winged it.
All I can say is my OH didn't seem too impressed, lol.
Next time he can do the cooking!

I get exactly the same problem when I cook so I make my hubby test it for me as I'm cooking...he likes his food so I've never had a complaint out of him yet!
