I have just finished 2 weeks of Lipotrim and am starting WW tommorrow. I have lost 11lbs in 2 weeks on the LT but have been quite ill today and decided it was time for a break.

I have been on WW in the past and find it a great programme to loose weight on, except this time I have found this wonderful supportive site to keep me goin with plenty of ideas.

So wish me luck guys :)

ww is a fab diet, you'll really enjoy it.
the people on here are amazingly helpful, are you joining a class or doing it yourself at home?
Make sure you get a ww points calculator it'll become your new best friend x

Just remember to write/track everything down! AND no cheating.. no matter how bad you've been!

Let's be honest... we're only lying to ourselves!

My trackers are full of comments to ... good and bad... really good to look back sometimes, and to keep a running log on how well you've done! Don't forget to take your measurements too!
 
i know i need to do measurements badly!!!!!!

i have got a ww journal as well as the calculator..............and every other book there is :) I find the old weekly handouts great to look back over.

I have just planned my weeks worth of meals out so i have something to stick to :)

Im excited already xxx
