RTM Weekly rundown please

Hi there- this is my first post so be kind!

I am half way thru my 100 days and will have achieved what I want to at the end of this period. (June 13th!! - not that I am counting!;))

I have a holiday planned in the summer and I know that I will be eating atleast 1 meal a day by then, maybe 2... and as just wondering if anyone could give a very basic rundown of what is reintroduced each week... I know that week 1 is protein and week 2 is herbs and spices and week 5 is alcohol.... ( only from info mentioned by my LLC)

I would be really grateful - Hope this isnt too much to ask!
