CANT DRINK ENOUGH!!

hey guys, any tips on how i can manage to drink more water. day 1, i managed 2 lts and the same for day 2. just feel so bloated. havent been to the loo today either. really dont wanna get constipation. Do all you guys really manage 4 lts a day????
 
It takes awhile to increase your water intake.

I use bottle water as I do not like the taste of tap water and drink around three to four litres a day that includes the water I use to mix my shakes. You can also count your tea and coffee consumption in the total.

It is pretty common to get constipated when you change your diet for whatever reason and you just might need to take something like ducolax in the first week. A brisk walk each day also helps to keep things moving.

A spoonful of fibreclear in a class of water a day will also help keep you regular, you can buy fibreclear where you buy your Lipotrim.

Its not easy hacking the water into you,I fill an empty 3ltr robinsons bottle and leave it in the fridge,I keep drinking at it until its gone,then I drink a glass of water everytime I pass the tap and blk tea and peppermint tea.At least you know youve had 3 ltrs plus this way.Sometimes my stomach feels like a washing machine!
 
Lots of ice and a straw, and always have a jug of water within arms reach.

Sometimes i found warm water easier to drink......its supposed to be better for constipation as well
 
Im the same with the water,only managing to have 2 litres.Its starting to make me gag when drinking it now,plus i need the loo but cant so thats makes me not wanna drink too(i know it would help though)
I really need to keep trying with this water,im starting to get slight headaches now :(
 
I posted a thread last week about how much water was enough. Some people were drinking up to 6 litres a day and some just 2....

Im only managing about 2.5 litres a day but im mixing my shakes with 500mls of water each time.....

Fizzy water & soda water are what i drink as i hate normal water! Its also easier to drink the water using a sports cap top bottle...

Yeah warm water hun or add more to your shakes! Water will def help with the constipation xx
 
Im sure everyone knows, but, the only water you DONT drink is flavoured and tonic.
Lottie watch it doesnt get too hot in the boot or you could get a bit wet;)
 
Yep it is cold but some cars have heating which ducts through the boot, thats all.
