struggled at first by doing lots of little bits of cheating, thinking it would be ok being so close to goal hence not much to lose!
I've stayed the same weight for ages so obviously need to sort myself out and do this last bit properly.
Since Tuesday I've been 100%, even today a Saturday! So I should see a weightloss at last next week if I can carry on.
I was measured a month ago when I started on the toning tables and will be measured again next week so even if there's still no weight loss since I'm hoping some inches will have come off at least.
I do enjoy slimfast very much so don't know why I stray, well I do actually, it's the evenings that are a nightmare, during the day is fine. But then lots of us have the same problem but get through it so I'm determined to too!
