Week 2 - 3lbs
Week 3 - 3lbs
Week 4 - 3lbs
Week 5 - 2lbs
Week 6 - 3lbs
Week 7 - STS - VERY HARD
Week 8 - 5lbs!!!!

Thanks for replying MD, I wish for the 3 stone barrier to be broken!! but alas, it's the 3lbs barrier you see whatever I did whether I drank more or exercised I just seemed to lose 3lbs a week, but hey presto this week it's 5lbs!!
Started at 14 stone 9lbs today 12 stone 11lbs!! XX

Oops - I get it now - you can see how good my maths is, I only took a quick look at your ticker and thought - she's lost more than 3lb.

Well good for you, 5lbs is a brilliant loss, mind you a steady 3lb a week is fab too.

keep up the good work and very, very soon you will be posting that you've broken the 3 stone barrier.

Thanks MD I couldn't agree more about a steady 3lbs. Last week when the scales remained at 13stone 2lbs, I was absolutely gutted in my head at that moment I just longed for the scales to have moved another 3lbs down! but I think it takes a STS week to appreciate "any" loss, because, if anything, I think this diet can make you greedy about a realistic weight loss per week! Anything now will be just FAB!!! I just don't want anymore STS weeks!!!! XX
 
You're like me, Camilla. Apart from my first week I rarely lose more than 3lbs - 2 usually, but I think it is just me and the fact that I don't do much exercise, drive everywhere, have a desk job, etc. Then again, even 2lb per week is almost 2lb more than I've achieved on any other diet.

I'm well impressed with your 5lb - maybe it will be my turn next week!

that is such a good way of looking at it. I hope i don't become too greedy with my weight losses each week......but i suppose better to be greedy for that than food!!

You're right there Camilla, a lot of clients get disapointed in wk 2 when they don't lose ½ stone or so again! Most people do average out and I always advise clients to look at the last 4 weeks as a whole before taking one week out of context.
