I am so sorry to hear that you aren't feeling to great. Can I ask have you been drinking the tetras? When I first started they gave me the runs. As for the wee as far as I am aware if it is coloured it means you are dehydrated (possibly because you have the runs) so try drinking some more water. My understanding is that you don't have to worry too much about the colour of it unless it is the colour of tea.

I am just guessing here but hope that helps and hope you feel better soon

you're right mhairi. The tetras are so concentrated that it helps to either mix them with water, or to havehalf a pint of water before and after you drink them.

Do you feel unwell at all?

Hope your bum stops soon doll - think we've all been there xxxxxx

Also, wee being yellow suggests that you aren't drinking enough. TMI here but mines like water!

I didn't have tetra's in my first week, but had a it of a dodgy tummy for the first few days.

I put it down to my body just getting used to the diet, and getting used to the concentrted minerals and Vits in the packs.

TBH if you are drinking 3+litres of water a day, your wee should be virtually clear (maybe apart from first thing in the morning).

My dodgy tum went after the first week, never to return and I've felt fab ever since.

Good luck!

I started Sunday before last, and I get the runs when I start the packs. Many people have varying degrees of lactose intolerance...and I am likely one of them (as this used to happen when I ate too much cheese). The packs have lactose in them, giving me the runs...however as I don't have a huge intolerance, it goes after about 6 or 7 days. You can actually get lactose free packs from your CD counsellor...that should help...and when you're far enough in, you can get bars too. I think the bright yellow is likely to be fat by the way if you're talking about your stools as opposed to urine. Fat comes out bright-ish yellow.

The colour of your wee if its bright yellow could be to do with the vitamin content of the packs. Basically vitamin b turns wee bright yellow. I get it shortly after having a pack but the rest of the day I have clear wee.

The same thing happens me shortly after taking vitamins :)

Cant help on your other issue, mine have been the opposite, hard as bloody rocks :(
