Hi there, I am not sure but I would love to know too. I am on SS and would like to do a little exercise but don't want to knock myself out of ketosis don't even know if that is possible.

i go to the gym 3/4 days a week aswell as going to aquafit and swimming. Im still in ketosis and feel so much better for doing it just go careful as your calorie intake is small. but exercising will help to shift the weight just dont overdo it! keep drinking water and if you feel light headed or dizzy when exercising just stop!!
I want to know too. Because I want to get back to the gym 2 or 3 times a week, and I want to start a rigorous physical sport for 2 hrs per week once or twice a week. Im on SS+ and obviously dont want to embarrass myself by flaking out/getting too knackered half way through session.
