Well done. Now I'm in Management I try not to think of weight loss and weight gain.... I think "Am I still within my weight limit" that way, when you do 'gain' its not negative.
I have decided I want to be 8st7 - so whilst I am at or below that, I don't worry about loss or gain. When it tips to 8st8 I will cut back and deal with it there and then and have it sorted by the end of the week. So, work out where you want to be, and give yourself a 3lb leeway to keep within!
