Live the dream...
Hiya,

Could somebody please shed some light on the Lifeline exercise of week 6? We didn't do it becuase it fell during the Easter break and I don't know if we're evver going to do it. I know some people have found it an eye opener, so if you could tell me how to do it I'd be really grateful.

Many thanks!

Sorry I can't remember exactly what this one is (been a long time) - hopefully someone will be along with some info that can help soon :)

Hi, I think its the exercise where you pick memerable dates throughout your lifetime and mark whether you were a normal weight, overweight , obese etc. It helps to identify if there is a pattern or any trigger events ( i think) This is what I took from it but we didn't spend much time on it. If anyobe else has more info I'd be interested too.
Mine told me my marriage had been a mistake but I'd already worked that one out! :)

:rotflmao::rotflmao::rotflmao: Thanks, Catito. Sounds like it's similar to the exercise in the link.

Ahh right, I remember that one now ---- mine showed that I'd put weight on straight off from the start when I got married ..... thankfully mine's a happy marriage but I think/thought that it was contentedness that put the weight on - that and a bit of loneliness being at home with babies when hubby was at work ..... just never lost it!

Hi, its funny that, same event but two totally different reasons :) Totally agree with the babies comment. I managed to lose 5 stone about 7 years ago on the Gym, tesco H/E ready meal and wine diet ( really not recommended ) Put it back on over the next 4 years due mainly to the stress of having an ill child. Hopefully this time I will do it in a sensible fashion and keep it off. :)
