Hi guys can anyone tell me where to get the husk tablets from?

Sorry if this TMI but I din't feel constipated but realised yesterday that I haven't BEEN for more than 10 days:eek:. Well this morning I felt the urge to go OMFG I was sat there for about 20 mins. It was easier to give birth to my 7lb 7oz daughter than pass that. I'm not joking!

Stood on the scales after and I was 2lb lighter.

I never want to go through that again, so now I've had my clear out feel I should be having something to keep me "REGULAR". Don't fancy making porridge so thought I would try the tablet form.

Any help would be very much appreciated.

My backside resembles the Japeneese flag lol.

Just noticed you want the tablets, well they do them in Holland and Barrats :)

I know how you feel!! My mam freaked when I told her I was doing CD because a friend of hers at work did it but didnt take any fibre supplements or drink enough water... this was for a month! She got so bad she had to go the hospital and get a sopository (*spelling??)

you can get them in Holland And Barrett. I prefer taking ground flaxseed which I was taking before CD because Im on the pill. My cdc says its ok to take.

I mix 1 tablespoon in 1 pint of water with a little of the water flavouring and dribnk it quickly ... and the same again before you go to bed. Its really good for you as it contains Omega 3. It has less fibre but have more nutrients... husks are just pure fibre

If you are on the pill psylum husk can interfere with how effective it is beacuse of the high level of water soluble fibre so you would need to take the pill several hours before or after you take the husks.

Well I take Fibresure capsules, haven't effected my ketosis and I have been almost everyday as usual since starting CD 8 weeks ago. I get them in Boots in the vitamins section. Very easy to take and no nasty taste etc.

I think I could do with something myself  hadn't realised there were pills, I just cannot get the husks down no matter how much/how little fluid i put them into.

Are husk pills ok to take ?
