Hi everyone. So glad to have found this site. I'm on Day 10 and feeling a bit "alone". I have battled with my weight all my life, have tried every diet under the sun, and had dismissed VLCD as a load of rubbish until I had run out of options. So after hearing a few success stories, decided to give Lipotrim a try. I've lost 9lb, so far, so good. But I have a lot to lose - 7 and a half stone, and it's a bit daunting. Does it just become a way of life? I have a husband and two kids, hubby is being very supportive and has taken over shopping and cooking, at least for the moment, so I don't have to think about food.
In the longer term, how do you all cope with going out and having a social life? Giving up my beloved red wine is a real sacrifice, but I have found that easier to cope with that I thought. When you aren't eating food, there is less temptation to drink I find.
Anyway, I am finding reading all your stories and weight loss results really encouraging and inspiring, expecially as a lot of people think this is a mad way to lose weight, and say "Oh just eat a healthy diet and excercise". If only if it were that easy. So please tell me your stories, what things kept you going, cos I have a long journey ahead of me, and I don't want to fail yet again.
