well, i have blown it now!

Hurt my wrist last week, just thought i had sprained it.

Yesterday i went to my local minor injuries unit cos the pain was starting to get to me. it did not seem to be getting any better.

was x-rayed and yes, you've guessed it, i have fractured my wrist!!!!!

I have a rather fetching plaster caste on my arm and i am seeing the orthopods tomorrow at the fracture clinic.

I have spoken to my LLC who has said that LL will require me to come off the program for 3 months whilst it heals. Im gutted. I asked if i had the agreement of my doctor to continue or possibly start on RTM for the next few weeks would i then be able to continue - in short i need a drs letter.

Its not a serious break, relatively small really.

But b*gger! typical.

Oh Dear
:wave_cry:
Sorry to hear that Lemma, but it is best to listen to what the doctors say. RTM sounds like a good idea while your wrist is healing.

Good luck and let us know how things go.

So sorry to hear that Lemma, maybe you could follow a low cal diet, easy said than done I know. What a bummer and you've done so well. Hope you get to do RTM as I have seen the girls on here lose with that also

Oh Lemma how rotten. Hope you're not paining too much (((hugs)))

I never knew you had to come off if you broke a bone - hope you get something that suits you.

Lemma what sad news!!!! I really feel for you honey, i hope it all works out for you and the doctors are understanding with you! All the best honey, keep us informed as to what they make you do xxx

aaw sorry to hear about your injury Lemma. Probs best to eat as super healthily as possible while you're off LL to keep your fab weight loss off, and make it easier to get back on. Hope it heals soon! x

That really sucks Lemma - wishing you a very speedy recovery.

Perhaps we should have a thread to write our virtual messages on your cast?????? I think I will start one now!

Oh Corey, a chuck, its made me feel soooooooo much better!!!;):D
