Do I need more points??

I will get to goal .....
So as you all know I'm a gym addict :p. I go around 5 times per week and do a mixture of weights & cardio. In addition, I walk my babies 2-3 times per week for 45-60 mins a go.

So according to the points calculator I should be on 17 points per day (which with the exception of last night, I have been sticking too). In a week I easily clock up 10-15 + bonus points :character00115:(this week I am at 9 already and still have 4 days to go).:whacky068:

I know that the rule is that we shouldn't eat more than 12 BP's a week and that we should aim to earn more than we eat. At the moment I don't eat any BPs and think perhaps I am not eating enough?

So should I up my points everyday, just on days I exercise or should I continue with just 17 points?

Hi Dobbie - how do you feel? Are you hungry or tired on the days you're exercising? If you feel atall knackered then I'd eat some of your bonus points. Have you spoken to you WW leader about it? It sounds as though you do alot of exercise. I'm possibly not the best person to reply as I haven't started WW again and exercise is anathema to me at the moment! But I'd say you could probably afford to eat some of the BP's.
