Just thought Id start a thread on small successes ... other than than pounds lost what changes have you noticed in you body?? My successes so far:

- No longer have a rugby players neck .... I now have 1 chin!
- Bought my first pair of size 14 trousers on friday and size 14 River Island bootcur jeans now fit
- Loads more energy
- Skin much clear than before
- I can look in the mirror now and say "Hello beautiful !!"
Start Weight: 13st 4lbs
1st CD Weight: 12st 3lbs
Goal Weight: 10st 5lbs
Wk 1: - 7.5lbs
Wk 2: - 3lbs
