I got some today what can i do with it?
Im hopeless!!!!
i cant grill it as my grill is crap so i dont ued it.

What about wrap it loosely in tin foil & put it in the oven, its lovely, it cooks in its own juices

I would agree with the salmon in foil and in the oven. it's gorgeous like that

It doesn't take long about 20 mins i think

I poach mine in a little skimmed milk then I add a little bernaise sauce stirred in and then spoon some over, its lush and moist xx

Im going too try it in the oven, as i have no bernaise sauce.Thanks ill let you know what its like.

i cant stand salmon
i like tuna steaks they are gorgeous x
