What, where, how? newbie in need of guidence

Evening all, well actually morning now but hey ho.

I was wondering if you could help, i joined this forum because i was planning to do CD, but i've just spotted this and wanted to ask some questions.
Is this diet like the cd? shakes and soups (if so do they taste ok?)
Where or how do i go about getting it, someone mentioned pharmacy to me but i'm not sure if they meant as a prescription or they actually sell it there. Do you weigh yourself or is it managed by someone else?

Sorry they are silly questions, tried to search for it online without much joy!

hello!:D
well LT is kind of like CD but not as many flavours,we have vanilla, choc and strawberry shakes, chicken soup and penut an coconut flapjacks.

im really fussy and only have choc shake but thats just me loads of people have all of them.
i go to the pharmacy to get my shakes and have weigh ins, when i go they check my weight, bmi, blood presure an general well being and i get the shakes for the next week.

ive tryed CD but came back to LT because i was losing alot more on LT(the grass isnt always greener on the other side!)

in my first week on LT i lost 14lbs!

cant think of anything else, will add if i do tho:D

how much weight do you want to lose?

With CD and Lipotrim the weight loss is the same and the difference between the two is that you have more variety of shakes/bars/tetras with CD, you get your diet via your CD Counsellor and you also have more plans to choose from... whereas with Lipotrim it is just the one plan that is total abstinence (Sole Sourcing) from food from start to finish...no add a meal week either... you do Lipotrim through your local pharmacy and as with CD you get weighed in each week...With Lipotrim you have a limited choice of flavours, four in all...vanilla, strawberry, chocolate and chicken soup. I have found these taste the same as CD. When it comes to the flapjacks, peanut or coconut flavours they are an acquired taste and unlike the CD bars they do not taste like you would even want to eat a second one.

You have to fill out a medical questionnaire form before starting the same as with CD and sometimes you might need your own doctor to monitor you if you have any medical condition that needs keeping an eye on.

Here is the link for Lipotrim site where you will find a participating Pharmacy near you.

I hope that helps:)

Thanks guys, i have found a pharmacy on the website that is relativly close to me, although they do have a branch in my area, so i have emailed them to see if they stock it to. I'm a fussy bugger and to be honest i would only have chocolate flavour whatever one i do. I have about 10 stone to loss so hopefully it'll come off quickly, thats usually where i trip up on ww and sw because the weight doesn't come of fast enough i get fed up and usually end up eat pizza! Also the CDC i spoke to wanted me to do 1200 plan but i really just want to get straight on with it.
Is this diet cheaper then CD?

Prices vary with CD and LT but on average work out about the same price in most places.

You can expect to pay around £38
