still constantly thinking food food food.

so the atkins diet works in the same sorta way as vlcd, as in your body goes into ketosis so why would i put on weight and come out of it if i ate a huge plateful of chicken and other meats?? :)

id say there is a limit as to how much you could have before been knocked out of ketosis, i dont know will be interesting to see some other answers!
 
But not on atkins, i ate loads and loads and never came out of it.
 
I think some of it is that if you break it for protein the temptation to continue breaking for other food groups would eventually get to you but technically protein shouldnt knock you out of ketosis
 
so if i had some chicken breast and steak mmmmmm on tuesday do you think i will be ok??

my 2nd anniversary and my lovely husband is not impressed that im doing this diet (but very supportive of it) cos he says he loves me the way i am and i think he feels like im doing it to make him want me or some rubbish:D

i want our anniversary to be a really nice night, he is on a 7 week course so we cant really got out so im thinking of making a nice meal and an early night (wink wink)
