Is it ok to take these during TOTM while on CD? I try to avoid taking them as much as possible but when I cant sleep I take them on day 1/2

I'm due on the next few days and feeling those familiar twinges

i've used nurofen - after a shake though

i had nurofen aswell and it didnt affect me

Yes nurofen is fine. Wigglychick's advice is good ... after a shake.

Thats good that its ok to take, but what if I need it in the middle of the night and not when I am having a shake? Is it ok to take them on an empty tummy? I wouldnt normally I usually get up and get a biscuit or something...

do you have your last shake late enough to take it then so that it lasts until morning ?

oh no I dont mean I need it because I am hungry, I just mean that what if I need to take the nurofen at 2am do I need to take it with something?

I just had a look at the box though and it doesnt say to take with food just water so I think I'll be fine
