:queen: Hi Everyone, I'm new to the forums I've never used them before but I'm starting a new diet called Euro diet tomorrow and hope to use this forum as my weight loss diary and to gain support from other members. I get married on the 30 th June in New York and I desperately need to lose weight, I actually need to lose 7 stone but will be happy to lose around 2 1/2 before my wedding - steep goal I know I jst want to look good and make my fiance and daughter proud of me.
I will be grateful for any support and I will be updating my diary everyday

It's a bit like cambridge where you have packs and shakes but you can also eat a bit.

Rather expensive too

You get the products posted out to you
