First Day - First Post

Hi
First day - second shake and a gallon of water - so far so good. 32lbs to go!
Question - I do about 14 miles a day round trip cycling to work - am I going to get enough energy from 4 sachets to keep this up or am I gonna be too tired and have to drive? - yuk!

Well, I lost 3 stones 4 years ago and just started cycling a mile to work

Every few months I went a bit further - so now I am up to 7 miles in and 7 miles out

I now want to get down to the right weight for my BMI and this diet looks the biz - plus my blood pressure is a bit high - so a couple of months without any beer won't harm me

i dunno about that if ur on sole source ur meant to be doin limited amounts of excercise. ull have to speak to ur cdc!18 miles is a lot i wish i cud do that. my excuse is i dont have a bike. maybe i cud buy one...............maybe not

last time I did CD over a year ago, I used to cycle up to 25k a night on my excersise bike and was fine with it.. (haven't bothered this time, naughty roosters)

Hi and welcome, good luck with it. I can't help with the cycling question though, I'm sure when one of the cdc's see's this they'll be able to answer you.
